Up at 6:00 Breakfast was soggy rice with greens, I ate half. I
\ndid have a granola bar and a few Jordan almonds. I did read a bit before
\nlunch, got through about 10% of the Dark Tower book. Supervised some of the\u00a0construction of the battery box. Lunch was beans and rice. I put a bit of
\nhot sauce on it but still didn’t finish it. Stomach isn’t doing as well
\ntoday, very gassy And had another trip to the toilet. Read a chunk of the
\nDT series and then we hiked up to one of the water sources. The other
\nsource got a bit steep and very slick. Dinner was rice with veggies on it.<\/p>\n
